职位概况
与国内一流的体验式教育产品团队合作，参与市场需求挖掘、产品设计、带队执行及复盘升级，打造高价值的冬夏令营、研学旅行及团建活动。
主要职责
- 参与并引导市场需求调研、产品设计及方案制定。
- 组织并带领团队执行冬夏令营、研学旅行及企业团建活动。
- 活动结束后进行复盘、总结并推动产品升级。
- 在不同地区进行实地考察，收集当地文化、自然资源信息。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，知识面广博；有教育学、管理学、体育学、心理学、哲学等相关背景者优先。
- 人品正直，形象良好，具备较强的抗挫折能力和责任感。
- 成就导向，热爱学习，积极主动，具备旺盛的成长热情。
- 亲和力强，乐于沟通分享，富有激情与热情。
