职位概况
负责心内科门诊患者的分诊、检查、护理及健康宣教，协助医生完成门诊诊疗工作，确保就诊秩序和检查质量。
主要职责
- 门诊分诊与接待，管理候诊区。
- 熟练操作心电图、血压监测等检查并协助判读。
- 执行医生开具的治疗与护理方案，落实基础及专科护理。
- 开展高血压、冠心病等疾病的健康宣教与随访。
- 动态观察并记录患者病情，异常及时上报。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 护理专业大专及以上，持有效护士执业资格证。
- 3年以上门诊或心内科护理经验，三甲医院背景优先。
- 熟悉心电图机、血压计等设备操作，掌握心血管常见病护理及门诊急救流程。
- 具备良好沟通能力、观察力、服务意识和团队协作精神，粤语者优先。
