职位概况
负责电子材料产品全生命周期的质量保证，依据全面质量管理体系和公司内部流程，确保产品符合客户期望和行业标准。
主要职责
- 参与新产品设计评审，制定控制计划、检测标准和SOP，准备PPAP包。
- 识别并推动解决新产品导入过程中的质量风险。
- 支持产品测试、验证及可靠性改进，推动持续改进。
- 根据已识别的质量风险，主导生产过程的质量改进。
- 运用8D、5Why、鱼骨图等工具分析并解决重大质量问题，实施纠正预防措施。
- 作为技术接口处理客户投诉，编写并回复内部8D报告，确保客户满意。
任职要求
- 熟悉TQM、质量管理体系及相关流程。
- 具备电子材料或制造业质量保证经验。
- 能够使用8D、5Why、鱼骨图、因果图等质量分析工具。
- 了解PPAP流程及质量风险评估。
