职位概况

负责新产品导入（NPI）项目的整体管理，确保在资源、成本和时间计划内满足客户的质量与交付要求。

主要职责

组织跨职能团队，推进NPI项目的实施。
进行内外部沟通，保证项目顺利进行。
依据沟通计划定期提交项目报告。
管理工程变更（ECN）并控制额外成本。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

3年以上工艺开发与项目管理经验。
具备良好的人际交往和领导能力。
拥有PMP项目管理经验或认证。
大专及以上学历，电子或电气相关专业。

必备技能

PMP项目管理认证。
