职位概况
负责EnerVenue金属氢电池储能项目的全生命周期管理，地点常州大型生产基地，确保项目按时、按预算交付并满足安全性能要求。
主要职责
- 从合同启动到客户验收、保修交接，全面负责项目进度管理。
- 制定并跟踪项目基线计划、关键路径里程碑。
- 协调内部销售、工程、生产、质量等团队，解决设计、材料和生产瓶颈。
- 管理外部EPC承包商、施工团队、并网机构及第三方检测机构。
- 控制项目成本、风险，确保安全合规。
任职要求
- 具备能源储能或相关行业项目管理经验。
- 熟悉大型制造设施建设及并网流程。
- 能够跨部门沟通协调，推动项目进展。
- 具备英语沟通能力者优先。
必备技能
- 项目管理方法论（如PMBOK、敏捷）
- 项目进度与资源管理工具
