职位概况
负责酒店客房及公共区域的维修与保养，确保设施安全、正常运行。
主要职责
- 遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。
- 按计划检修客房和公共区域，依据损坏情况确定维修顺序。
- 完成临时任务，如VIP房检查、监督外包大修工作。
- 处理宾客提出的小修需求。
- 配合维修领班安排的其他工作。
- 提供设施现状报告并提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 持有效低压电工证。
- 中专以上学历，1年以上同岗位工作经验。
- 了解钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工、电工等专业知识，具备一专多能、动手能力强。
- 身体健康，精力充沛。
