职位概况
MAHLE济南分公司招聘维修技师，负责注塑及其他生产设备的日常维护与故障处理，确保设备安全、稳定运行。
主要职责
- 执行公司安全标准，落实安全防护措施。
- 进行设备清洁、润滑、检查、调整及预防性维护。
- 识别潜在故障，跟踪状态并处理，汇总备件需求。
- 快速排除紧急故障，分析频发故障根本原因并提出改进。
- 制定并执行注塑设备维修计划，操作设备启动、停止、注料、保压等工序。
任职要求
- 中技或中专以上学历，机械原理、机电一体化等相关专业。
- 至少三年制造工厂维修经验，有注塑生产线维护经验者优先。
- 熟悉TPM预防性维护体系，能阅读英文技术手册。
- 具备基本办公软件使用能力，具团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 注塑设备操作与维护
- 设备预防性维护（TPM）
- 机械原理与机电一体化知识
- 英文技术手册阅读
- 办公软件（如Word、Excel）
