职位概况
负责逆变器机械结构的详细设计与开发，满足客户需求并推动产品量产。
主要职责
- 调研并整理客户及市场需求，形成设计输入。
- 完成逆变器新产品的详细机械设计，使用质量工具。
- 与客户沟通，推动设计方案的认可与发布。
- 协调跨部门同步开发，确保生产工艺同步进行。
- 解决内部设计技术问题及客户投诉。
任职要求
- 本科及以上工程类学历，3年以上机械设计或机械电子开发经验。
- 具备良好的英语或德语沟通能力。
- 有逆变器相关零件开发经验者优先，汽车逆变器经验更佳。
