About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist who will drive sourcing strategies for components and equipment, ensuring cost competitiveness, short lead times and high quality while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Request for Quotation (RFQ) process: issue inquiries, clarify technical details and analyse supplier quotations using cost analysis tools.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, focusing on price, lead time, payment and volume to achieve annual cost‑reduction targets and optimise total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate sample production and delivery for R&D projects, working closely with suppliers and Supplier Quality Engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain supplier master data, purchasing information in the ERP system and handle purchase‑order exceptions to ensure supply‑chain stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain or sourcing, preferably in automotive or large‑scale manufacturing.
• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for business communication.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and supply‑chain fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
