职位概况

负责半导体产品的电学特性测试及实验室设备的维护与维修，支持研发团队完成测试任务。

主要职责

执行功率半导体（MOSFET、IGBT）产品的电学特性测试。
维修、维护实验室测试设备并进行性能验证。
制作测试台、夹具和插座。
与国外工程师沟通技术细节。
采购设备、备件及工具并编制相关文档。

任职要求

电子、机电或相关专业大专学历。
了解分立半导体及模块产品的基本知识。
熟练使用示波器、脉冲发生器、电源、万用表等通用测试仪器。
具备英文书写能力，可通过邮件与国外工程师交流。
工作细致、耐心、具备良好合作精神。
