职位概况
我们正在寻找一名招聘专员，负责公司人才招聘全流程，满足各部门用人需求，推动招聘渠道建设与人才库维护。
主要职责
- 发布招聘信息，收集并筛选简历，安排面试。
- 维护、拓展招聘渠道，建立并更新人才库。
- 协助落实企业文化、政策及流程在部门的执行。
- 加强员工沟通，畅通公司与员工的双向沟通渠道。
- 完成其他人力资源支持工作。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 了解招聘工作流程，熟悉人力资源管理、心理学等相关知识。
- 熟悉相关法律法规。
- 具备较强的写作和表达能力，掌握面谈技巧。
- 性格开朗，积极正直，学习能力强，能承受较大工作压力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件。
- 具备基本的网络知识。
