职位概况

负责软件设计与开发，能够独立或主导模块功能实现，确保项目按时交付。

主要职责

参与需求撰写、评审及功能实现。
完成开发、集成测试及线上问题排查。
主导代码重构、技术债务治理，提高代码可维护性。
使用 AI 工具进行需求分析、代码生成与审核。

任职要求

计算机或相关专业本科及以上，2 年以上工作经验。
熟练使用 Vibe Coding 并安全使用 AI 工具。
具备良好的团队合作与跨团队沟通能力，普通话标准，英语四级以上。

必备技能

Java 基础及分布式应用开发经验。
Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Hibernate/MyBatis。
Oracle、MSSQL、MySQL、PostgreSQL 及 SQL 优化。
NoSQL 应用经验。
Git、CI/CD、Linux、Docker、Kubernetes。
AI 辅助开发工具（如 Vibe Coding）。
