文华东方北京王府井酒店诚聘行李员，加入前厅礼宾团队，为宾客提供热情、个性化的迎宾与行李服务。

主要职责

处理客人反馈与意见，确保满意度。
为所有客人提供温暖、真诚的迎宾服务。
熟悉北京各类交通线路、时长、费用，向客人提供城市亮点信息。
协助礼宾部日常运营，达成预算与目标。

任职要求

具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
能够熟练掌握北京交通信息并向客人提供准确建议。
具备团队合作精神，能够在高标准环境中工作。

必备技能

了解北京交通线路及费用信息。
