职位概况

文华东方三亚珊瑚湾酒店诚聘别墅经理，负责天崖阁别墅的前厅服务，确保为宾客提供符合文华东方传奇优质体验的个性化入住与退房服务。

主要职责

监督天崖阁别墅的服务流程，确保及时、准确满足客人需求。
预判并满足客人个性化需求，提供专属入住与退房体验。
推动别墅房间及酒店内部设施的销售。
向前厅部经理汇报工作，协调团队合作。

任职要求

具备酒店前厅或别墅管理经验。
具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识。
能够在高端奢华环境中保持专业形象。

必备技能

熟悉前厅运营流程及客人服务标准。
