职位概况
负责酒店入口处宾客的迎送、引导与咨询，提供专业、友善且高效的礼宾服务，协助办理访客登记、行李接送等日常事务。
主要职责
- 在酒店入口处迎接宾客，提供指引与咨询服务。
- 办理访客登记、行李寄存、物品寄送及交通信息指引。
- 熟悉周边环境，为宾客提供餐饮、旅游、商务等个性化建议。
- 处理突发情况，维护秩序并协同跨部门支持。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
- 普通话标准流利，具备基础英语听说能力者优先。
- 形象气质佳，亲和力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
- 接受轮班制工作安排，能适应节假日及高峰时段。
- 无工作经验要求，欢迎应届毕业生或有实习、志愿服务经验者。
必备技能
- 良好的语言表达与沟通协调能力。
- 基础英语听说能力（优先）。
