职位概况
负责公司服务器、云资源及容器平台的部署、监控与优化，确保系统高可用并降低运维成本。
主要职责
- 管理物理机、虚拟机及 AWS、阿里云、腾讯云等云资源的配置、监控与扩容。
- 搭建 CI/CD 流水线（Jenkins、GitLab CI、GitHub Actions），编写 Shell、Python、Ansible 脚本实现自动化。
- 构建全链路监控系统（Prometheus+Grafana、Zabbix），制定应急预案，7×24 响应故障。
- 实施服务器安全加固、漏洞扫描、数据备份与恢复，确保合规（等保2.0、GDPR）。
- 与研发、测试、产品团队协作，提供运维技术支持，推动运维最佳实践落地。
任职要求
- 熟悉 Linux（CentOS/Ubuntu），能使用命令行进行系统管理和日志分析。
- 掌握至少一种脚本语言（Shell、Python、Go），具备自动化工具开发能力。
- 熟练使用至少一种云平台（阿里云、腾讯云、AWS），了解 ECS、RDS、SLB、OSS 等服务。
- 具备 Docker 与 Kubernetes 环境搭建与维护经验，了解 Pod、Deployment、Service、Ingress。
- 熟悉 Prometheus、Grafana、ELK（Elasticsearch、Logstash、Kibana）等监控与日志系统。
- 了解 Git 及 CI/CD 流程，能够独立搭建自动化部署流水线。
- 具备 MySQL、Redis、MongoDB 的安装、配置、备份与性能调优经验。
