职位概况

负责按照酒店标准对客房进行清洁、整理，确保客房环境整洁、舒适，为宾客提供高品质的客房服务。

主要职责

按照清洁流程对客房进行日常打扫、换床单、补充用品。
配合领班进行房间检查，整改不合格房间。
管理并上交客人遗留物品，参与日常盘点。
夜班时及时响应宾客临时需求，协助酒店ERT小组处理突发事件。
遵守部门钥匙管理制度，保持良好出勤记录。

任职要求

一年以上五星级酒店客房部工作经验。
责任心强，吃苦耐劳，注重服务细节。
工作积极主动，具备良好的团队协作能力。

必备技能

熟悉酒店客房清洁标准和流程。
