职位概况
负责酒店客衣的全流程接收、分类、登记、干洗、水洗、去渍、熨烫、质检及返还，确保衣物洁净、平整、按时交付。
主要职责
- 接收并登记客衣，进行分类、干洗或水洗处理。
- 操作全自动干洗机、水洗机、烘干机、熨烫台等设备，并定期清洁保养。
- 执行衣物质检，确保无损后返还客人。
- 管理制服室，负责制服的收发、清洗、修补、熨烫及库存盘点。
- 遵守化学品管理、安全防火、防烫及客衣隐私保护规范。
任职要求
- 初中及以上学历，具备基本读写和数字计算能力。
- 至少1年酒店洗衣房或专业洗衣机构工作经验。
- 工作细致负责，具备服务意识、时间管理及团队协作精神。
- 能够适应倒班工作安排。
必备技能
- 熟练操作全自动干洗机、水洗机、烘干机、熨烫台、衬衫压烫机和西服定型机。
- 掌握设备的日常清洁与基础保养。
- 熟悉客衣干洗/水洗工艺流程及制服管理实务。
