职位概况
负责集团招聘全流程，依据业务需求制定招聘计划，提升人才获取效率，支持公司快速发展。
主要职责
- 根据业务需求开展招聘研究，优化招聘流程、渠道和人才画像。
- 承接部门招聘需求，制定并执行招聘计划，完成招聘任务。
- 组织实施现场招聘、校园招聘等项目。
- 开发维护招聘渠道，梳理人才地图，提高招聘效率。
- 对接上下游部门，推动岗位定级、谈薪、入职、培训等全流程。
- 定期分析招聘数据，沉淀经验，提出改进建议，完善招聘政策。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 1年以上大体量快消或MCN机构招聘经验者优先。
- 熟悉招聘渠道、测评工具和面试技巧，具备较强人才甄选能力。
- 自驱力强，抗压能力佳，沟通能力突出，愿意贴近业务。
