职位概况
负责管理内外部资源，为客户提供罗氏治疗领域产品的科学信息，收集需求与反馈，提升患者获益。
主要职责
- 依据公司产品策略，向医生和专家传递关键产品信息，促进规范诊疗方案的制定。
- 收集并分析重点专家对疾病领域的洞见，形成报告反馈。
- 组织、协调治疗领域学术会议，推动治疗规范的建立。
- 支持患者解决方案经理，关注疾病全程管理与治疗方案优化。
任职要求
- 3年以上医药行业工作经验，具备销售、市场或医学背景者优先。
- 具备跨职能协作经验者佳。
- 医学或药学相关本科及以上学历。
必备技能
- 熟悉医药产品信息传递及医学沟通。
- 具备数据收集、分析与报告撰写能力。
