职位概况

负责公司Android原生及Flutter跨端应用的研发与维护，参与高并发电商场景的技术方案设计，提升系统性能与用户体验。

主要职责

开发并维护Android原生应用及Flutter跨端应用。
参与移动端需求分析、技术方案设计及核心功能实现。
协同产品、设计、后端团队，确保功能按期高质量交付。
持续优化App性能、稳定性和用户体验，排查并解决技术问题。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先。
1-3年Android开发经验，具备1-2个正式上线项目经验。
具备较强的问题发现与独立解决能力，良好的编码习惯和技术文档编写能力。
熟悉Android开发框架，有Flutter跨端开发经验者优先。
