Job description

职位概况

负责按作业规范进行设备维修，确保生产线正常运行，及时汇报并总结故障。

主要职责

严格按照作业规范完成当班维修任务，确保质量和时效。
汇报并总结当班异常故障，制定改进措施。
执行预防性和预见性维护计划，保养烘干炉、流水线等关键设备。
领用并管理维修备件库存，填写交接班记录。
协助工程师建立设备维修记录，分析故障原因。

任职要求

中专及以上学历，自动化或机电一体化专业，3年以上相关经验。
持有低压电工操作证，熟悉机电、机械/电气、控制类证书优先。
具备高度责任感和团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳。

必备技能

熟练使用万用表、摇表、手枪钻、打磨机等维修工具。
了解烘干炉、流水线、机械传动机构、冲压机等设备维修。
能识别继电器、接触器、传感器等电子元件，了解变频器、伺服控制器。
具备PLC（西门子、AB）和触摸屏程序解读经验。
熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件。
