职位概况
负责装配工艺的开发、优化与放行，支持新技术的工业化落地，保障相关设备和工具的量产应用。该岗位需与全球生产网络协作，解决工艺技术及质量问题。
主要职责
- 装配工艺（压装、拧紧、涂胶等）的开发、优化与放行。
- 支持上述工艺的工业化过程。
- 保障相关设备和工具的量产应用。
- 与全球生产网络、项目管理、技术专家及供应商协同。
- 分析、评估技术报价并进行认定。
- 参与同步工程团队，解决工艺技术和质量问题。
任职要求
- 机械设计或机械制造相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备装配工艺和自动化的扎实基础。
- 2年以上装配技术或设备开发工作经验。
- 良好的英语或德语沟通能力。
- 掌握问题解决方法论。
