职位概况

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司招聘制造工程师，负责生产工艺的制定、发布及新产品导入，支持产线爬坡和日常生产。

主要职责

创建、编辑并发布制造工艺指导和标准。
协调并确保新产品线的爬坡上线。
准备机床、刀具、工艺和工装，支持加工区域的生产。
推动新产品在批量生产中的导入。
在爬坡阶段及日常生产中进行问题分析与解决。
协助采购生产设备。
开发与规划生产区域的技术方案。
主导新设备的验收、备件管理及批量投产。
为外协产品提供技术支持。
