职位概况
负责壁挂炉产品在区域内的销售业绩，制定并执行销售计划，推动渠道与项目合作，实现业务增长。
主要职责
- 制定并执行区域销售计划，确保业绩达成。
- 拓展新客户，优化经销商合作，提升销售转化与复购。
- 挖掘项目机会，跟踪订单进展，协调资源提高中标率。
- 联动技术、市场等部门，解决销售问题，优化客户体验。
- 分析行业趋势及竞品策略，提供决策支持。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，暖通、热能动力等相关专业优先。
- 3年以上暖通行业销售经验，熟悉渠道及工程项目销售。
- 具备渠道拓展、客户管理、项目销售及商务谈判能力，抗压能力强，结果导向。
