Alcon招聘外科领域高级销售助理（Sr. Associate I），负责在长沙及周边地区的白内障人工晶体公立市场推广与销售，达成年度销售目标。
主要职责
- 在公立医院推广眼科人工晶体产品，提升市场份额。
- 定期拜访并维护现有客户，开发新客户资源。
- 组织科室会等学术推广活动，传递产品价值。
- 重点维护关键意见领袖（KOL），促进产品销售。
任职要求
- 统招本科学历优先。
- 具备自我管理和独立工作能力，工作稳定。
- 抗压能力强，能适应出差。
- 具备较强的专业学术背景。
必备技能
- 无特定技术软件要求。
