职位概况
负责OE轮胎项目的全流程设计与开发，解读客户需求，制定设计方案，推动量产并提供技术支持。
主要职责
- 解读客户需求，分析标杆产品，形成设计构想并制定开发计划。
- 根据目标进行轮胎设计、方案评审、性能预估及试作试验，推动持续改进和量产。
- 为AE人员和OE厂商提供技术支持，协助客户说明性能方案并参与产品审核。
- 与工厂、实验部及AE团队沟通协作，确保项目需求得到落实。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先。
- 3-5年轮胎设计或相关领域经验，有OE项目全流程开发经验者优先。
- 熟练使用AUTOCAD绘图软件，了解IATF16949体系要求。
- 具备良好沟通能力、团队合作精神和抗压能力，对轮胎及汽车技术有兴趣。
- 主动负责，能适应快节奏的客户环境，具备跨部门协作意识。
