职位概况
负责定义和管理人形机器人电机的产品路线图，桥接客户需求与技术实现，推动产品从概念到量产。
主要职责
- 制定并维护电机中长期产品路线图，进行市场分析和需求定义。
- 组织概念评审、技术评审，推动研发完成样机并进行测试验证。
- 管理产品开发过程中的性能、成本、进度，确保设计问题闭环。
- 支持前端及应用团队，提供产品知识，跟踪销售数据，协同物流与售后。
任职要求
- 电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科以上，硕士优先。
- 至少5年电机或电力电子产品开发经验，3年以上产品管理经验。
- 具备良好的沟通协调和项目推动能力。
