About the role

Teachanywhere is seeking a dedicated Middle School Science Teacher to join its newly established international school in Beijing. The role involves delivering engaging science lessons to middle‑school students while contributing to the school’s growth and community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum‑aligned science lessons for middle‑school classes.
• Participate fully in the school’s pastoral care system, supporting student wellbeing.
• Lead or assist with extra‑curricular science activities and clubs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve school programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years post‑qualifying teaching experience.
• Familiarity with the US curriculum is preferred; experience from the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand is also welcomed.
• Strong team player, culturally sensitive, adaptable and flexible.
• Willingness to engage in pastoral care and extra‑curricular programmes.
