Middle School Homeroom Teacher (Bilingual)

About the role

We are a full‑time boarding and day school in Shunyi District, Beijing, seeking a dedicated middle‑school homeroom teacher. Classes are delivered in a bilingual, immersive environment, and teachers are expected to support students both inside and outside the classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver homeroom instruction in a bilingual setting, fostering cultural diversity.
• Teach language‑learning and other immersive subjects.
• Supervise a weekly student study hall.
• Lead or assist with extracurricular activities and encourage student exploration.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a supportive learning community.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree required; related degree preferred.
• IB experience and postgraduate teaching qualification/license are advantageous.
• Stable work history verified by references.

• Monthly remuneration of 22,000–32,000 RMB after tax, including housing allowance.
