About the role
The Mechanical Engineer will work onsite at Regal Rexnord's Changzhou office, translating customer demands into new product specifications and delivering innovative structural solutions. The role involves leading research, new product development programs, and ensuring product quality through analytical tools.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer demands and convert them into new product specifications, providing innovative structural solutions, sampling, and product verification.
- Lead research and new product development (NPD) programs, applying innovative thinking and analytical tools to implement solutions.
- Drive product component standardization, platform construction, and compile component or material specifications.
- Utilize A3 or other analysis tools to resolve product quality issues within specified time frames.
- Lead or participate in customer technical communications, support production line manufacturing, and improve supply chain processes as directed by management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
