About the role

Bosch is looking for a Production Project Engineer (ME) to lead capacity planning and execution for MEMS sensor final‑testing platforms. The role combines strategic investment planning, KPI management and close coordination with customers to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage platform capacity, including short‑, mid‑ and long‑term forecasts.
• Maintain basic data in MTO or planning systems and generate TEK charts for capacity evaluation.
• Execute delivery fulfillment according to the capacity plan, aiming at KPI achievement, WIP reduction and throughput time improvement.
• Track delivery fulfillment, solve DLR and OPL issues, and coordinate technical RPP at platform and product levels.
• Analyze cost reports, guide the team to identify RPP elements, and support high‑maturity product SETs.
• Implement and follow up ECR activities, define implementation dates and monitor status.
• Maintain production routing, control plans, FMEA and process flow documentation; manage product EOP/EOL transitions.
• Lead ramp‑up activities for new product introductions (NPI) with a focus on execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor testing or related process engineering.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and final‑testing processes.
• Proven experience in product manufacturing planning and capacity management.
• Strong communication skills and fluent oral and written English.
