Marketing Manager – Oreo Core Recruitment

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Oreo Core team in Shanghai and lead the development and execution of brand‑centric marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth for one of the world’s most iconic snack brands. You will work closely with cross‑functional and regional partners to align portfolio initiatives with the brand vision and deliver measurable profit and revenue results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the brand portfolio strategy by developing annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
• Provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and execute marketing programs that meet revenue and profit forecasts.
• Translate deep consumer insights into 360‑degree integrated marketing communications and campaign activations.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, finance and regional teams to ensure alignment on new product and platform opportunities.
• Monitor and manage profit‑and‑loss performance for the Oreo portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, preferably within the consumer‑goods sector and matrix environments.
• Experience delivering seamless consumer experiences and managing business objectives beyond brand and budget.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative thinking to balance commercial and strategic acumen.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in markets with diverse economic environments is a distinct advantage.
