Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will act as a strategic partner to the Diabetes Franchise Head, leading transformation initiatives, business performance management and operating model excellence to drive sustainable growth. The role works across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Finance and other functions to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead franchise‑wide strategic transformation initiatives, establishing governance, milestones and success measures.
• Drive business performance management through monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, monitoring KPIs and providing actionable insights.
• Advance go‑to‑market excellence by assessing market dynamics, competitive trends and improving commercial execution.
• Lead high‑impact strategic projects, develop executive presentations and conduct market opportunity analyses.
• Influence senior leaders and build strong cross‑functional partnerships without direct authority.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy, consulting or multinational pharma environments.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and business acumen.
