Associate Manager, External Communications

About the role

This position focuses on product communications for pharma and specialty brands, supporting business development for cardiometabolic and anti‑infections/HIV portfolios. The role reports to the Leader of Rx Products Communications and works closely with key business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual product communication strategies, plans, and projects.
• Align stakeholders and manage vendors to deliver communication results within budget, process, and quality standards.
• Create storylines and content such as disease awareness materials, patient stories, news releases, and response documents.
• Maintain and enhance media relations through interviews, workshops, and events.
• Support the Rx products communications team on overall communication projects and assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in business communications and coordination within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and external agencies.
