Marketing Manager – Ischemic (Shanghai)

About the role

This position is responsible for developing marketing strategies to capture and broaden Stryker’s market share in existing and potential markets and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Direct product management through the entire product life cycle, including market needs, registration, launch, training, promotion, and end‑of‑life.
• Develop product marketing strategies such as positioning, pricing, go‑to‑market plans, and incentive programs for specific product lines.
• Design and lead field and digital marketing campaigns, physician training courses, and local partnerships to fill portfolio gaps.
• Lead market research, collect competitor information, study industry trends, perform market analysis and identify opportunities.
• Oversee creation of marketing communication materials like brochures, news releases, and posters.
• Perform project management duties including target hospital tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Medicine or Biomedical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• At least five years of marketing experience in the medical device sector, with people‑management experience.
• Proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs; business development and digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and English communication skills.
• Strong leadership ability to allocate work, coach staff and drive high responsibility.
