MarCom Manager

About the role

The MarCom Manager will lead integrated marketing programs to generate qualified sales leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen brand awareness for Kollmorgen in China and APAC. The role focuses on digital demand generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, marketing automation, content marketing, and AI‑era search optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive marketing‑generated lead and pipeline targets through demand‑generation campaigns.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, manage SEO/SEM/PPC, and optimize website and landing pages.
• Collaborate with sales, product, channel partners, and corporate marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage lead nurturing programs, marketing automation workflows, and track funnel performance.
• Coordinate event marketing, trade shows, webinars, and partner activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing, MarCom, Digital or Growth Marketing in multinational companies.
• Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline creation and revenue‑focused marketing.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.

• SEO, SEM, PPC, Marketing Automation, CRM systems.
• Website analytics and performance optimization tools (Google Analytics, Baidu Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot.
• AI‑enabled content and search optimization, GEO optimization.
