Marketing & Communication Intern

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in marketing and communication within the aerospace supply chain. You will work closely with the Satair Beijing team to understand customer accounts, support campaign planning, and contribute to the Voice of the Customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of assigned customer accounts through regular contact and relationship building.
• Analyse customer procurement processes and identify key decision‑making factors.
• Apply segment strategies (industry, geography) to account plans and provide insights for marketing plans.
• Represent the Voice of the Customer internally and foster customer loyalty.
• Lead campaign teams, including capture plan development, commercial offer preparation, negotiation and financial optimisation.
• Conduct account planning, forecasting and regular reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate public‑relations and communication activities linked to specific sales campaigns.
• Supervise fulfillment of contractual commitments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing studies in marketing, communication, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex procurement processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build confidence‑based relationships across customer organisations.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
