Manufacturing Quality Assurance Experienced Professional

About the role

Join Hitachi Energy's Transformer Business Unit to lead daily quality communication with local and overseas customers. You will manage quality complaints, drive root‑cause analysis, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily quality communication and docking with local and overseas customers.
• Receive, follow up, and close overseas customer quality complaints and abnormal issues.
• Organise internal root‑cause analysis, prepare quality reports and improvement plans.
• Coordinate cross‑department resources to resolve on‑site and product quality problems promptly.
• Confirm customer quality standards, track corrective actions, and maintain strong overseas customer relations.
• Support local and overseas customer quality audits and submit relevant quality documents.
• Drive continuous improvement projects or Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a transformer manufacturing environment.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic quality problem‑handling processes; overseas customer docking experience is a plus.
• ISO 9001 or ISO 16949 internal auditor certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities; able to work under pressure.
