Manager, Products and Solutions – Mobile Payment & Acceptance

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a results‑driven Manager to lead the commercialization and market adoption of mobile payment and digital acceptance solutions in China. You will own the full sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and expand Mastercard’s footprint across mobile, device‑based, and digital acceptance use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve business targets for transaction volume, revenue, pipeline and solution adoption.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Act as subject‑matter expert to pitch solutions, conduct demos and support client deployments.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies and grow ecosystem partnerships.
• Provide market feedback and support product localization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech or card‑payments product management.
• Proven track record in mobile payment solutions (HCE and/or Secure Element) and device/OEM‑based payment ecosystems.
• Experience working with global card schemes, PSPs, gateways, e‑commerce platforms or major digital wallet providers.
• Understanding of compliance, certification processes and commercial revenue targets.

Required skills

• Host Card Emulation (HCE) mobile payments.
• Secure Element (SE)‑based NFC payments.
• Device/OEM payment ecosystems (X‑Pay, tokenized payments, wearables).
• Tokenization platforms such as MDES.
• Secure COF frameworks and tokenized e‑commerce standards.
• Agile/Scrum or project‑management methodologies.
