职位概况

负责在指定区域推广和销售Alcon外科眼科产品，达成销售目标，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度。

主要职责

实现区域或特定客户的销售指标。
通过产品演示、培训和支持推动产品使用。
建立并维护与关键意见领袖及高使用量用户的关系。
发掘并开发新的商业机会，执行销售计划。
定期拜访客户，提供产品、服务及价格信息。
组织并参与学术会议和产品推广活动。
维护客户数据库，进行竞争市场分析，提交销售报告。

任职要求

统招本科及以上学历。
一年以上外企医疗器械耗材销售经验。
有眼科或外科产品销售背景者优先。
具备良好的沟通与谈判能力，能适应出差。

必备技能

熟悉眼科手术耗材及产品。
具备销售计划制定与执行能力。
能够进行市场竞争分析。
