Manager, Execution Excellence (Associate)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager of Execution Excellence to join the Business Operation Center of Excellence in Shanghai. The role supports both the CoE and the Vaccine Business Unit, developing and scaling methodologies for performance goal setting, territory design, and field‑force analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized framework for performance goals, territory design, field‑force sizing, deployment and HCP targeting, including health‑check mechanisms and diagnostic analyses.
• Automate and visualise business‑operation processes using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and create dashboards in Power BI.
• Support the VBU by consolidating internal performance data, external policy insights and pipeline information to inform strategy and KPI setting.
• Monitor territory performance, conduct ad‑hoc analyses to identify gaps, and provide analytical insights for business planning.
• Translate complex data into clear visual presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment between the CoE and the vaccine business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, SFE, Commercial Excellence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of SFE metrics, performance goal setting and territory design.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a can‑do attitude and high integrity.
