Manager, Customer Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Customer Finance to act as the primary finance business partner for the Customer Head of the EC channel in Shanghai. The role provides strategic and operational financial support, driving planning, budgeting and performance management for the customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Head and EC channel leadership, delivering end‑to‑end finance business partnering.
• Lead the Annual Business Plan (ABP) process, including forecasts, volume and pricing assumptions, and post‑plan updates.
• Own Direct Marketing Expense (DME) management for the EC channel – budgeting, tracking, variance analysis and ROI optimisation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain on new product launches, pricing, trade spend and profitability analysis.
• Provide full P&L analysis, scenario modelling and financial insights to support commercial decision‑making.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and post‑event reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance business partnering within a consumer‑goods or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of ABP cycles, budgeting, forecasting and DME management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
