Management Trainee – Pharma Development Program (China)

About the role

Roche is seeking highly motivated university graduates to join the StartUp Roche Pharma China Development Program. This Management Trainee position offers rotations across key functions such as Customer Engagement, Medical, and Market Access, providing accelerated development toward future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage in program rotations, completing tasks and meeting learning objectives set by rotation managers.
• Leverage expertise and business knowledge to contribute to patient‑centric and customer‑focused outcomes.
• Think entrepreneurially, connecting insights to create value, prioritize investments, and make informed business decisions.
• Take charge of personal development, continuously building skills aligned with career goals and organizational needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility regarding relocation assignments and business travel as required.
• Contribute to the growth of the Management Trainee community.
• For the Medical journey: develop disease‑area expertise, gain evidence‑generation experience, build scientific communication and KOL engagement skills, and enhance strategic thinking.

Required profile

• Graduates with an MD, PharmD, PhD in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Life Sciences (preferred).
• Early‑stage career candidates graduating between 01‑Jul‑2026 and 30‑Jun‑2027 with no prior full‑time work experience.
