职位概况
广州市荔湾区一所国际学校招聘护士主管，负责校内医务室的制度建设、日常运营、健康服务与应急保障，工作地点在广佛交界处的荔湾区。
主要职责
- 制定并优化健康工作指引、护理服务标准、操作流程及双语应急预案，做好文档存档与合规审查
- 负责医务室日常运营，协助医疗器材、药品及耗材的采购登记与管理，规范处置医疗废弃物
- 为师生提供健康咨询、健康档案管理和健康宣教，落实传染病防控措施
- 作为健康突发事件首要响应人，掌握BLS急救技能，确保AED、急救包等设备完好可用
- 管理指导医务室护士团队，组织案例分享与循证护理实践，协调校内外资源
任职要求
- 持有有效中国护士执业证书
- 10年以上护理经验，至少3年国际学校工作经验者优先
- 持有BLS急救证书者优先
- 具备优秀的英语沟通能力，适应国际化环境
- 具备组织协调、沟通和团队管理能力
