About the role
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to work on our production floor. In this position you will follow the line leader’s work arrangements, operate assigned equipment, and help maintain a steady flow of high‑quality output in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the line leader’s instructions and daily work schedule.
- Operate machinery to meet defined quality and quantity targets.
- Monitor machine performance and report any irregularities.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Document production data and log any equipment issues.
Required profile
- Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
- Commitment to safety, quality standards, and company policies.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy to read work orders and record data.
Required skills
