WUI-RD-EMC Engineer

About the role

The WUI‑RD‑EMC Engineer will lead the development of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) concepts, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and support cross‑functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create EMC concepts, analyse requirements and develop test plans aligned with customers.
• Review electrical‑engineering designs, schematics and test reports.
• Diagnose and resolve EMC issues in collaboration with EE and mechanical teams.
• Track all EMC activities for assigned projects and maintain documentation.
• Provide EMC support to acquisition, production, and other service departments.
• Ensure adherence to EMC design guidelines and approve verification and validation reports.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, AE teams, customers and suppliers.
• Document and share EMC knowledge within the organisation and the EMC.net community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EMC design and problem solving.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented attitude.
