About the role
A leading international law firm is looking for an M&A Associate to join its premier practice in Shanghai. The role sits within a market-leading M&A team working on some of the region's most sophisticated transactions, advising on a broad range of domestic and cross-border deals with a high-profile client base across diverse industries. Exposure to biotechnology and pharmaceutical transactions is a strong plus.
Required profile
- 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in M&A transactions, gained at a leading international or reputable domestic law firm.
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills.
- An outstanding academic record.
