Job description
职位概况
负责工厂与内部/外部运输服务提供商及GS的日常对接，监控并评估服务水平，推动物流服务质量和运营效率的持续改进。
主要职责
- 管理LSP绩效，监控KPI（如OTD、运输破损率）
- 跟踪GS/OSD指标，进行绩效评估
- 支持招标/合同延伸（包括运量/线路设计/质量放行）
- 日常管理国内milk‑run及线路设计，提高利用率
- 控制运输成本，管理采购订单
- 推动运输质量改进，处理重复问题
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，物流工程或工业工程专业优先
- 2‑5年物流、运输协调或供应商管理经验，熟悉3PL管理者佳
- 流利的英文听说读写能力
- 具备良好的沟通和问题解决能力
必备技能
- Power BI 数据分析
- SQL 查询
- SAP（或其他ERP/TMS系统）
