About the role
This internship supports the Material Support & Services team by handling customer orders related to spares, component repair, overhaul, and warranty. You will work closely with the team to improve workflow efficiency and develop simple IT tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer orders for spares, repairs, overhauls, warranties and other logistics activities.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop basic IT tools or software (e.g., SAP enhancements, Excel macros) to increase effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and analyses.
- Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student, preferably with an IT or software background.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and macro development.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools.
